Tari’ak does not collect any personally-identifiable information that can reveal your identity. The app does not ask for any of your name, e-mail, phone number, or social media accounts. No registration or login is required to use the app. Using Tari’ak is completely anonymous.

In order to measure traffic, the Application uses geo-location data provided by the device in order to figure out which road a user is on, as well as how fast the user is moving. This information includes coordinates, velocities, headings and timestamps, and is anonymized so that it can not be linked to the user or the device which it originates from.
The user’s location is also used in order to enable the navigation feature.
For the purpose of improving the user experience, the app anonymously aggregates a number of usage events, as well as errors, and reports them to Google Analytics™ service.
The geo-location data collected by the app is used for the purpose of measuring traffic and providing this service to users, as well as for the following purposes of analytics, and location-based route recommendations.
Disaggregate data will not be shared with 3rd parties however, aggregated traffic data will be shared with select 3rd parties as part of our commercial offering. This includes, but not limited to, traffic data reports and real-time traffic feeds. 3rd parties will never get a hold of any user’s device data.
Collected data is stored on the Application’s server(s) hosted by Amazon Web Services. Tari’ak is the sole owner of the collected data.
Data is retained on the Application’s server for as long as needed for the Application to provide its service.
Tari'ak reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using the Application.
